Training

The Gatsby Glass franchise provides the following types of training for franchisees:

1. Initial Training Program: Franchisees and up to two additional designated attendees must participate in the Initial Training Program. This program covers various topics including the history of Gatsby Glass, marketing, operations software, and human resources management. It is conducted at corporate headquarters or other designated facilities. Successful completion is mandatory before opening a franchise.
2. Remedial Training: If the franchisee's operations do not meet the required standards, the franchisor may mandate remedial training. This may occur at the corporate headquarters or on-site to help the franchisee align with system standards.

Territory Protection
