Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is a fast-casual restaurant franchise co-founded by celebrity chef Bobby Flay. Launched in 2021, the brand began franchising in 2022. It is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The concept was built to bring a high-quality, chef-inspired burger experience to busy consumers seeking flavor and speed.
