Training

yorCMO offers a multi-tiered training program designed to ensure franchisees meet operational standards and stay aligned with the system's procedures and expectations.

  1. Initial Training Program
    Within 45 days of the scheduled business start date, the Primary CMO must complete yorCMO’s initial training program. This may be held in-person in Omaha, Nebraska, or conducted remotely and includes classroom and on-the-job instruction.
  2. Supplemental Training
    Franchisees may receive additional training at their office or remotely. This is subject to the franchisor’s approval and may incur fees of $500 per trainer per day plus travel expenses.
  3. System-Wide Training
    Franchisees may be required to attend up to five days of system-wide training per year at the franchisor’s discretion. This training occurs at an affiliate-owned location and covers broader operational updates.

Territory Protection

yorCMO does not provide its franchisees with any exclusive or protected territory. Under the Franchise Agreement, franchisees are only granted the right to operate a yorCMO Business from their home or an administrative office.

They may face competition from other yorCMO franchisees, company-owned operations, or other brand-controlled channels.

The franchisor reserves full discretion to establish other locations, even if they compete directly with an existing franchisee’s business. While all franchisees must honor existing client relationships, there is no formal territorial barrier to entry for other yorCMO operators.
