Training

The WSI franchise provides a comprehensive two-staged training program for franchisees. This begins with the "WSI Digital Marketing Foundations," which is delivered through a combination of e-learning, coaching, and culminates in a five-day training session.

This program focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects of operating the franchise, providing foundational knowledge necessary for success.Upon successful completion, franchisees are awarded the "Certified Franchisee" designation.

The training then progresses to the "Quick Start Program" (QSP), a six-month phase that emphasizes hands-on application of the initial training and develops the competencies required to run the WSI business. Successful completion of QSP earns franchisees the "Digital Marketing Professional Certification."

The training also includes additional opportunities as the franchisee advances, allowing for the provision of a broader range of services. Additional training or on-site support can be requested or required based on operational needs.

Territory Protection

WSI grants franchisees a non-exclusive Designated Territory where they can operate and solicit business, but they may face competition from other WSI franchises and the franchisor’s own outlets.

Higher-level licenses, such as National or International, allow broader customer solicitation, but the non-exclusive nature remains.

The franchisor retains the right to use all distribution channels, including online and telemarketing, within the territory without compensating the franchisee. Relocations or expansions require prior written approval, ensuring operations adhere to franchise guidelines.
