Wize Computing Academy franchise provides a structured and multi-level training program for its franchisees:

  1. Initial Training Program ("Wize Computing Academy University")
    Franchise owners and general managers must attend a two-to-five day training session covering the basic management and operation of a Wize Computing Academy franchise. This training is conducted at the Franchisor’s headquarters, at a designated nearby facility, or online, and must be completed before the franchise can open.
  2. Follow-Up Training
    After the initial launch, a one-day follow-up training session is provided either at the franchisee’s location or online. This training focuses on ensuring the franchisee properly implements the operational standards and curriculum.
  3. Advisory Services and Additional Training
    The Franchisor offers ongoing advisory services in areas such as teaching techniques, sales, marketing, operations, and business management. From time to time, additional training courses may be made available, with prerequisites and qualifications set by the Franchisor.

Territory Protection

In the Wize Computing Academy franchise system, franchisees are granted an Exclusive Territory as defined in their Franchise Addendum. As long as the franchisee complies with the agreement, the Franchisor will not establish another location within that territory.

However, the Franchisor retains the right to use the brand and license others outside of the Exclusive Territory.

The territory protection is conditional and depends on the franchisee’s full compliance with the Franchise Agreement. There is no guarantee against competition outside the defined area, and operational standards must be maintained to retain territorial rights.
