Initial Training Program: This is a mandatory 4-week program conducted at the corporate headquarters or a designated location. It must be completed successfully by either the franchisee or their General Manager no later than 60 days before the restaurant begins operation. Up to three attendees are allowed at no extra charge, but the franchisee is responsible for their travel, lodging, meals, and wages.

However, Taco Pros does not grant exclusive territories. The franchisor reserves the right to operate or license others to operate businesses under different trademarks, even within the Protected Territory.
