Initial Training Program Silbar Security requires franchisees and their key personnel to complete an initial training course in Chesapeake, Virginia, or another designated location. This training typically lasts five days or until the franchisee demonstrates full competence. The franchisor covers air travel for up to two individuals and hotel accommodations for one room, while the franchisee handles local transportation and meals. Attendance and successful completion of this training is mandatory before the franchise can begin operations.
Training Materials and Manuals The initial training is conducted using the Operations Manual, training books, handouts, and on-the-job field training. These resources provide detailed guidance on business operations and brand standards.
Training for Senior Management and General Managers Franchisees may enroll senior management and general manager personnel in the initial training upon approval. These individuals must also successfully complete training to be eligible for franchise operations.
Territory Protection
