Rolling Suds offers a comprehensive set of training programs to prepare franchisees for successful business operation. The key training offerings include:

1. Initial Management Training Program: This is a mandatory five-day program conducted at the franchisor’s headquarters in Warrington, Pennsylvania (or an alternate designated location). It includes classroom instruction and hands-on training using videos, reference books, worksheets, and the Operations Manual. Franchisees must complete at least 70% of an online course and fulfill specific prerequisites (like vehicle purchase and technician hiring) before starting.
2. Additional Training Programs: The franchisor may offer mandatory or optional additional training sessions, including a required annual business meeting or conference lasting up to five days. Missing more than one of these events is considered a default. Attendance incurs travel, lodging, meals, and training fees at the current rate.
3. In-Territory Remedial Training: Franchisees may request phone, screen-share, or on-site remedial training. On-site support involves additional fees, including a per diem and associated travel costs for the franchisor’s representatives.

Territory Protection

Rolling Suds grants franchisees a defined “Protected Area” based on zip codes and population, typically between 225,000 to 275,000 people. Within this area, no other Rolling Suds outlet will be opened if the franchisee is in good standing.

However, the territory is not exclusive. The franchisor may still sell through alternative channels, serve national accounts, or authorize other business models in the area. Franchisees may face competition from other franchisees, company-owned units, or affiliates.
