Dryer Vent Superheroes provides a comprehensive training program for franchisees, designed to ensure consistent operational standards and brand representation. The training programs include the following:
Initial Management Training Program This mandatory program is a four-day course conducted at the franchisor's headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee, or another designated location. It is required for the franchisee or their principal(s) prior to the opening of the franchised business. Up to four individuals can attend at no cost, but expenses such as travel and lodging are the franchisee’s responsibility. The franchisor determines if the trainees have satisfactorily completed the program.
Advanced Training Programs The franchisor may offer both optional and mandatory advanced training sessions, which may include national business meetings or annual conventions. These can last up to five days per year. Attendance at mandatory sessions is required and failure to participate is considered a default under the agreement. Franchisees must cover all associated costs, including travel, lodging, and a training fee if applicable.
Field Training Upon request or as deemed appropriate, the franchisor may provide additional support through phone or screen-share training. On-site training within the franchisee's territory is also available for a fee, which includes per diem charges and all travel-related expenses for the training personnel.
Territory Protection
Dryer Vent Superheroes provides each franchisee with a limited protected territory, defined by contiguous zip codes and based on demographic and market factors. Within this area, no other franchisee is permitted to operate under the same brand.
