Rock N Roll Sushi delivers a one-of-a-kind American-style sushi experience, born from the vision of Gerri Mach and Lance Hallmark in 2010 in Mobile, Alabama. Since its inception, the concept has merged the energy of rock music with the flavors of Japanese cuisine, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Now based in Destin, Florida, RNR Rock 'N Roll Sushi stands out with its eclectic blend of sushi favorites and vibrant décor inspired by classic rock culture. This engaging atmosphere welcomes both seasoned sushi lovers and first-time guests with equal flair.
Franchising began in 2015, fueling the brand’s steady growth throughout the Southeastern U.S. and beyond. Its menu is packed with inventive sushi rolls, hibachi entrées, and other flavorful dishes, all served to the backdrop of iconic rock anthems and eye-catching memorabilia.

Rock N Roll Sushi provides a structured training program for its franchisees and key staff members to ensure they are well-prepared to operate a franchise successfully. The training is mandatory and must be completed to the franchisor’s satisfaction before the business can open.
Initial Training Program Franchisees, their Operating Principal, and the designated Manager must attend and complete the initial training program. This program, which may include an online component, is typically held at the company’s headquarters in Destin, Florida, or another specified location. It covers essential operational and management topics and is provided at no charge for up to three individuals, excluding travel and accommodation expenses.
Qualified Replacement Training If a franchisee, Operating Principal, or Manager steps down from active involvement, the franchise must enroll a qualified replacement in the training program within 30 days. This replacement must successfully complete the training within 120 days. Additional training for replacements is charged at $100 per day at the headquarters or $250 per day at the franchise location, plus travel and related costs.

Territory Protection
Rock N Roll Sushi offers its franchisees a protected marketing territory, but it is not an exclusive territory. This territory is typically defined after an accepted location is approved and usually encompasses about a one-mile radius, although this may vary based on market factors such as population density.
While the franchisor will not allow other Rock N Roll Sushi restaurants to open within the assigned Territory during the agreement term, this protection only applies if the franchisee remains in full compliance with the agreement.
Despite this protection, the franchisor retains broad rights to operate in or around the franchisee's area through alternative distribution channels. This includes the sale of branded products via the internet, mail order, wholesale, or direct marketing, and the franchisee receives no compensation from these activities.
