Relive Health provides structured and detailed training programs to ensure franchisees and their staff are well-prepared to operate their Health Center. The training is an essential component of the franchising process and is covered under the franchise fee.
Initial Training Program: Relive Health offers a comprehensive initial training program for up to seven individuals, which includes the franchisee (or operating principal) and the Health Center Manager. This training covers all aspects of operating a Relive Health Center and is conducted at the company’s location in Stuart, Florida, unless otherwise arranged.
Training for Staff: The franchisor includes training for employees such as nurses, patient coordinators, and directors, focusing on both administrative and clinical procedures. This training is critical to maintaining the franchise’s standards in anti-aging and wellness services.
On-Site Opening Support: An experienced Relive employee is available to be on-site during the opening of the franchise to provide hands-on training and support. This ensures a smooth launch and reinforces operational procedures and customer service standards.
Territory Protection
Relive Health provides its franchisees with territory protection by granting a “Designated Area” within which the franchisee can develop and operate a Health Center. This area is non-exclusive and based on various factors, including market demographics and potential demand.
While franchisees have certain protections within their Designated Area, Relive Health reserves the right to establish or license other outlets outside of that area. Despite these protections, the franchisor retains considerable discretion. Relive Health can still sell products and services through alternative channels such as e-commerce, direct sales, or mobile units—even in the franchisee's area.
This ensures that while the franchisee can operate without direct outlet competition within their Designated Area, brand presence may still be established through broader means.
