HaloHeat Sauna Studios offers a comprehensive and structured training program to ensure that franchisees and their teams are fully equipped to operate under the brand's standards. The franchisor’s training program includes the following components:
Initial Training Program: This program is required for the franchisee and their General Manager. It spans at least five days and includes classroom and on-the-job training. It must be completed three to six weeks before the studio opens and is conducted at a location designated by the franchisor.
Additional Training: If requested by the franchisee or deemed necessary by the franchisor, additional training may be provided. Territory Protection
HaloHeat Sauna Studios grants its franchisees a “Protected Territory” once the studio location has been approved. This Protected Territory is negotiated based on market conditions and is often smaller than the “Site Selection Territory.”
During the franchise term, and as long as the franchisee is not in default, the franchisor agrees not to open or license another HaloHeat Sauna Studios location within the Protected Territory.
However, the franchisee does not receive complete exclusivity in the broader market. The franchisor, its affiliates, and other licensees are permitted to market, advertise, and even make sales to customers within the franchisee’s Protected Territory.
