C3 Wellness Spa is a Florida-based wellness brand founded in 2020 in Kissimmee. Originally known as Riviera Spa Massage, it rebranded to C3 Wellness Spa—short for “Complete Comprehensive Care”—to better reflect its commitment to integrative healing and overall well-being.

The company began franchising in 2021, offering a comprehensive health and wellness model to entrepreneurs across the country.

Headquartered in Kissimmee, Florida, C3 Wellness Spa offers a broad range of services including massage therapy, acupuncture, IV vitamin therapy, physical therapy, skincare treatments, and med-spa offerings. The franchise also provides wellness classes such as hot yoga and tai chi, creating diverse revenue streams for its franchisees.

What sets C3 Wellness Spa apart is its unique 3-in-1 business model that combines traditional spa services, medical spa treatments, and holistic wellness practices under one roof. This all-encompassing approach appeals to a wide clientele seeking both relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

Training

C3 Wellness provides a multi-tiered training program to ensure franchisees and their staff operate effectively and in alignment with the brand's standards. The training programs include the following components:

  1. Initial Training Program: This must be completed by the franchisee’s Managing Owner and one manager within 45 days prior to the business opening. It includes two weeks of training either in-person at the Kissimmee, Florida facility or through online conferencing. The training covers business operations, customer service, systems usage, and retail management.
  2. Supplemental Training: If the franchisor determines that operational standards are not being met or new managers are hired, additional training may be required. This can be held on-site or remotely, and franchisees must pay $800 per trainer per day, plus travel and lodging expenses.
  3. System-Wide Training Program: Post-opening, franchisees or their Managing Owners may be required to attend mandatory refresher or advanced training. These programs are offered periodically at C3 Wellness’s designated locations and are aimed at maintaining consistent operational quality.

Territory Protection

C3 Wellness provides its franchisees with a “Designated Territory,” which is the primary area in which they are authorized to operate and market their spa business. Franchisees are generally restricted to marketing and soliciting customers within this territory, and any marketing that extends beyond it requires prior approval.

The franchisor retains the right to determine and adjust the boundaries of these territories, especially in the case of Development Agreements involving multiple locations.

However, the franchise does not offer exclusive territorial rights. C3 Wellness explicitly reserves the right to operate or franchise locations in non-traditional venues like hotels, airports, or shopping centers—even within a franchisee’s Designated Territory.
