Skinovatio Medical Spa is a premium med-spa franchise offering advanced aesthetic and wellness services across the face, body, and skin. The brand was founded in 2015 in Chicago, Illinois, where it is still headquartered today. Skinovatio began franchising in 2018 as demand for non-invasive cosmetic treatments continued to grow.

The franchise provides a wide range of services, including injectables like Botox and dermal fillers, laser hair removal, microneedling, PRP treatments, body-sculpting procedures, chemical peels, and thread lifts.

Skinovatio positions itself as a modern, technology-driven med-spa that delivers high-quality cosmetic treatments supported by trained medical professionals. Its franchise model is built for scalability and profitability, offering strong operational guidance.

A key differentiator for Skinovatio is its focus on accessible ownership. The brand supports franchisees who may not have prior experience in aesthetics by offering comprehensive training, equipment partnerships, and marketing systems.

Training

Skinovatio Medical Spa provides a structured and thorough training program for its franchisees. Initial training is mandatory and must be completed approximately two weeks before opening the franchise, covering operations, administration, sales, marketing, financial controls, quality standards, customer service, and recordkeeping. This training typically lasts up to one week at the corporate location and may be followed by on-site field training at the franchisee’s territory.

  1. Initial Training Program: Up to three employees can attend without a tuition fee, but all travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the franchisee. If a participant fails to complete training satisfactorily, a substitute must be trained, and fees may apply.
  2. Opening Assistance: The franchisor may provide a team on-site three days before and after the grand opening to assist with operations and familiarize the staff with Skinovatio's techniques.
  3. Ongoing Training: Franchisees may be required to attend up to two additional training sessions annually, not exceeding a total of four days. These sessions may be in-person or via webinars and are charged at $250 per person per day, plus expenses if on-site.
  4. Refresher and Managerial Training: Managers and employees must attend refresher programs periodically to maintain operational standards. This also applies when managerial roles are reassigned.

Territory Protection

Skinovatio Medical Spa grants franchisees a protected territory that typically includes the lesser of a one-mile radius around their location or an area with a population of 50,000. During the term of the agreement, no other Skinovatio franchise or company-owned outlet will be allowed within that territory.

Franchisees must operate exclusively within this designated area, and may only participate in off-site events or open additional locations with the franchisor’s written consent.

However, Skinovatio reserves broad rights to operate and sell products or services across all territories through various channels. These include online platforms, telemarketing, and national accounts, which are not restricted by franchise boundaries.
