Staff Training: All hired staff must attend at least one training session within the first six months of employment. Training is delivered using an online learning platform called "Trainual," where employees complete assigned modules and are required to achieve satisfactory grades.
On-the-Job Training: Franchisees and their teams receive hands-on training, including shadowing a trainer at a corporate location or designated place. This ensures practical knowledge of day-to-day operations and specialized procedures.
