Training

The DripBar franchisor provides an initial training program designed to prepare franchisees and their key personnel for operating a DripBar business. This program typically takes place within 60 days of the scheduled opening date and includes both virtual classroom sessions and on-the-job training.

The training covers a wide range of topics, including branding, compliance with regulations, operational guidelines, marketing strategies, and specific medical procedures if required by state laws. The franchisor may adjust the duration or content of the training based on the skill level of the participants.

Additionally, ongoing training opportunities are provided to familiarize franchisees with updates to the system, and the franchisor may occasionally require employees to attend supplemental training.

All training materials are proprietary, and successful completion of the program is mandatory before opening a franchise location. Failure to complete the training may result in a delay in opening or even termination of the franchise agreement.

Territory Protection

The DripBar franchisor provides franchisees with a designated territory, defined as either a three-mile radius or an area with a population of 100,000, whichever is smaller.

While the franchisor will not establish another franchise location within this territory, franchisees may still face competition from other marketing channels or adjacent territories.

The franchisor also reserves the right to operate or authorize competing businesses outside the defined territory, which may include businesses under different marks. This structure offers limited protection while allowing the franchisor flexibility to grow the brand.
