Training

Lifeologie provides a comprehensive training program designed to equip franchisees and their staff with the knowledge and skills needed to operate a successful franchise. The initial training is tuition-free and mandatory for the office manager, clinical director, and designated Key Manager, if applicable. It typically lasts about five days and is held in Dallas, Texas, or another location designated by the franchisor.

  1. Initial Training Program: Covers all core aspects of franchise operations and must be completed at least four weeks before opening. Up to three participants can attend without tuition fees, while additional trainees cost $1,000 each.
  2. Training for Additional Employees: Franchisees are responsible for training other staff, but may request franchisor assistance at the current tuition rate. The franchisor provides approved training materials and updated manuals upon request.
  3. Additional Training and On-Site Support: Lifeologie may require franchisees, Key Managers, or clinical directors to attend up to five additional training days annually. These may be in-person or online and failure to complete them can constitute a default.

Territory Protection

Lifeologie grants its franchisees a designated territory, typically defined by ZIP codes or physical boundaries, containing approximately 150,000 to 200,000 people. As long as the franchisee is compliant with their agreement, no other Lifeologie franchise will be established within this territory.

This protection includes assurance against another franchise operating a physical location under the same brand within that area.

However, Lifeologie retains extensive rights to operate and market within and outside of any franchisee's territory.
