Nowlogy Clinic provides a structured and mandatory training program to prepare franchisees and their staff for successful operation. The franchisor’s training programs are outlined as follows:
Initial Training Program: This program is mandatory for the Operating Partner and Clinic Director and is included in the Initial Franchise Fee for two attendees. It is held in Hastings, Minnesota over a one-week period and includes classroom instruction and hands-on training covering compliance, operations, technology, brand standards, billing, customer service, and more.
Training Materials and Onboarding: Franchisees receive an Operations Manual and onboarding package that includes specifications for design, construction, equipment, and marketing support. These materials are complemented by audio, video, and software tools provided during the training.
Remedial and Additional Training: The franchisor may require remedial or additional training for the Operating Partner, Clinic Director, or Owners, especially if they are in default or need further development. Territory Protection
Nowlogy Clinic provides each franchisee with a designated geographic “Territory”within which no other Nowlogy Clinic—franchised or company-owned—will be established.
Typically, this Protected Territory extends about 15 miles in suburban or rural areas and may shrink to a five-block radius in urban environments. The franchisee is allowed to solicit clients outside this area, but use of channels like telemarketing, internet sales, or other forms of direct marketing outside the Territory requires prior approval.
However, this protection is limited. Nowlogy Clinic explicitly states that it does not guarantee exclusivity against all competition within the Territory.
