The AumBio franchise provides a comprehensive training framework designed to prepare new franchisees and their teams for successful business operations. The training is divided into several programs, as outlined below:
Initial Training Program Before opening the franchised business, AumBio provides an Initial Training Program for the franchisee (or designated person) and one key employee. This program lasts a minimum of five days and covers essential aspects of the franchise system. The training location, format, and content are determined by the Franchisor and may change over time. Franchisees must attend and successfully complete the training to the Franchisor’s satisfaction. All travel, lodging, and wages during training are the responsibility of the franchisee.
THERA WELLNESS Virtual Training Franchisees must also complete a virtual training program on the therapy devices used in the business. This training is required in addition to the in-person initial program. There is no cost for the initial THERA WELLNESS training. However, advanced training is optional and comes at an additional cost.
Supplementary On-Site Assistance AumBio provides one experienced representative to support the franchisee on-site for five days immediately before or after the business launch. This hands-on assistance is designed to ensure smooth operational startup.
Territory Protection
AumBio provides its franchisees with territorial protection, provided that the franchisee, its affiliates, and principals remain in full compliance with the franchise agreement. The franchisor agrees not to establish or allow another franchise to operate a competing Center within the territory assigned in Schedule A of the agreement.
This protected territory ensures exclusive operational rights for the franchisee within that defined area.
However, AumBio retains certain rights that limit the exclusivity of this protection. While direct competitors are restricted within the territory, AumBio and its affiliates may still serve customers residing in the territory through other channels, such as the internet, catalogs, or telemarketing, provided they do not establish a physical Center there.
