Inchins Bamboo Garden Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Inchin's Bamboo Garden is an Asian restaurant franchise offering Indo-Chinese cuisine, noodles, fried rice, and small plates, serving families and group diners, and known for bold flavors, shareable dishes, and vibrant, contemporary interiors.

Inchin’s Bamboo Garden is a full-service Asian-fusion restaurant franchise offering fresh, vibrant Indo-Chinese and Pan-Asian cuisine. The brand was founded in 2003 in Atlanta, Georgia, and is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.

From its inception in 2003, Inchin’s Bamboo Garden set out to fuse Indian and Chinese culinary traditions and has since broadened its menu to include flavors and dishes from Thailand, Singapore, and other parts of Asia.

What distinguishes Inchin’s Bamboo Garden from competitors is its deliberate focus on Indo-Chinese cuisine—an uncommon niche in the U.S. market. The restaurants combine exotic flavors with a trendy full-service environment and craft cocktail bar, creating a modern and upscale dining experience.

Training

Inchin’s Bamboo Garden provides a comprehensive training framework for its franchisees to ensure consistent and effective restaurant operations. The training is categorized into several distinct programs:

  1. Initial Training Program: Both the Franchisee’s Managing Owner and the Designated Manager are required to attend and successfully complete this program. It is a 7-day course (with homework and self-paced study), including 3 days of on-site restaurant training. The training involves classroom instruction, on-the-job activities, and the use of an Operations Manual. The program is offered four times a year, and the first two attendees are included at no charge, while additional attendees cost $2,000 each, up to $5,000.
  2. Supplemental Training: This is available throughout the term of the franchise agreement upon request—especially for replacement or additional Designated Managers. If scheduled within regular training sessions, there is no fee. However, if conducted separately, it costs $2,000 per person (maximum of $5,000), excluding travel and lodging expenses.
  3. Annual Two-Day Seminar: Mandatory for the Managing Owner and Designated Manager, this seminar updates franchisees on operational practices and business developments. It typically occurs at a Franchisor-designated facility and may be held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Territory Protection

Inchin’s Bamboo Garden offers franchisees a defined exclusive or protected territory based on geographic boundaries such as mileage radius, municipal limits, or postal codes.

These boundaries are negotiated before the franchise agreement is signed and are influenced by factors like population density, local competition, and market potential. Once granted, this territorial protection remains in place for the duration of the agreement unless altered by mutual consent or upon its expiration or termination.

While the franchisee is granted exclusivity within the protected area, the franchisor retains rights outside that area.
