Training

Heroes Lawn provides various types of training to ensure franchisees and their teams are well-prepared to operate the franchised business successfully. The training is detailed as follows:

1. Initial Training Program
   The franchisee and up to two additional approved individuals must attend and successfully complete the Franchisor's Initial Training Program before commencing operations. This training ensures participants are familiar with the franchisor's system and operations standards.
2. Employee Training
   Franchisees are required to train their employees using franchisor-provided training materials. These materials are tailored to ensure employees understand and adhere to the system's operational standards.
3. Additional and Refresher Training
   The franchisor may offer or require attendance at additional or refresher training courses. These sessions provide updates on the system and address specific areas that may need improvement.
4. Remedial Training
   If a franchisee fails to comply with the system's standards or operational requirements, the franchisor may mandate remedial training. This training can occur either on-site or at designated facilities and focuses on bringing the franchisee back into compliance.
