Créatif provides a thorough training program to equip franchisees and their staff for successful business operation. Here are the key programs outlined:
Initial Management Training Program Franchisees and up to three individuals must complete the Initial Management Training Program 4–7 weeks before opening. It includes pre-course tutorials and in-person or virtual sessions at the franchisor's headquarters or other approved locations. Topics cover studio operations, marketing, staff training, and customer experience management.
Opening Assistance Upon opening, Créatif provides up to four days of on-site training and assistance. A trained representative offers direct supervision and support during the launch phase to ensure operational readiness and adherence to standards.
Additional Training Programs The franchisor may offer or mandate extra training sessions, including an annual convention or business meeting. If required, franchisees must attend up to five days per year. Additional attendees and missed sessions require fees and reimbursement of travel and trainer expenses.
Territory Protection
Créatif offers its franchisees a defined territory in which to operate, but this territory is not exclusive. While the franchisor agrees not to authorize or open another dedicated Créatif outlet within that territory for the duration of the franchise agreement, it retains broad rights to distribute products and services through alternative channels such as schools, retail stores, events, and the internet.
Franchisees are restricted to selling and advertising within their approved territory, although advertising reach may naturally extend beyond. The franchisee’s limited territory protection is contingent on their compliance with the agreement, and no minimum sales or performance metrics are required to maintain that protection.
However, Créatif explicitly reserves the right to continue or initiate commercial partnerships or national accounts, even within a franchisee’s area, if the franchisee declines to service those accounts.
