Who Needs to Attend: The franchisee or their designated Manager is required to complete Clean Eatz's initial training program.

Training Content: The program covers crucial aspects of running the eatery, including sales techniques, product knowledge, accounting procedures, food preparation, and operations management.

Location and Duration: Training is conducted at designated Clean Eatz locations and typically lasts for about 3–4 days. It includes comprehensive discussions on the system, techniques, procedures, methods of operation, ordering, accounting, support procedures, and quality standards.

Ongoing Training: Clean Eatz may hold and require franchisees to attend annual conferences to address industry changes, sales techniques, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory control, performance standards, and advertising programs. Attendance at these conferences is mandatory for all franchisees.

Territory Protection

Franchisees do not receive an exclusive territory but are granted a geographical area called the "Protected Territory." Within this area, Clean Eatz ensures that no new franchises for Clean Eatz Restaurants will be established or granted.

However, deliveries of goods to customers within the franchisee's Protected Territory, even if conducted by a third-party delivery service from a Clean Eatz Restaurant outside of the Protected Territory, do not violate the franchisee's territorial rights.
