Zoomin Groomin is a mobile pet grooming franchise that provides convenient and stress-free grooming services for pets right at the customer's doorstep. Founded in 2004, Zoomin Groomin began offering franchise opportunities in 2009, expanding its reach to pet owners nationwide. The franchise operates a fleet of high-tech mobile grooming vans equipped to handle a variety of pet grooming needs.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Zoomin Groomin offers a comprehensive range of grooming services, including bathing, blowouts, trims, full grooming, and de-shedding treatments, all tailored to the specific needs of each pet.

Since its inception, Zoomin Groomin has focused on creating a unique and personalized experience for pets and their owners. Unlike traditional pet grooming services, Zoomin Groomin emphasizes a no-cage, no-kennel policy, ensuring a one-on-one grooming session that minimizes stress for the pet.

This approach, coupled with their use of environmentally friendly products, sets them apart from competitors in the pet grooming industry. The franchise also encourages community engagement, with franchisees participating in local events and charitable activities to build goodwill and foster strong community relationships.

Training

Zoomin Groomin provides comprehensive training for its franchisees to ensure they are well-prepared to run a successful mobile pet grooming business.

The initial training includes 12 hours of classroom instruction, which can be conducted in person at the Zoomin Groomin headquarters in Virginia Beach, at another designated training center, or online. This training is mandatory for all franchisees or, in the case of a corporate entity, its principals.

In addition to the initial training, Zoomin Groomin offers ongoing support and may require franchisees to attend additional training sessions or seminars, which can be conducted live or electronically.

This ensures that franchisees are always up-to-date with the latest grooming techniques, operational strategies, and marketing practices.

The training program covers various aspects of the business, including grooming services, customer service, marketing, scheduling, and operational guidance, helping franchisees effectively manage their mobile grooming operations and provide high-quality services to their clients.

Territory Protection

Zoomin Groomin provides territory protection to its franchisees, granting them exclusive rights to operate within a specific geographic region.

This exclusive territory is defined by zip codes or natural and political boundaries, usually encompassing a population of approximately 150,000 residents. Within this territory, the franchisor promises not to establish any other company-owned or franchised outlets that sell the same or similar services under the Zoomin Groomin brand.

Franchisees are allowed to operate solely within their assigned territory, which ensures they have a protected market area free from internal competition.
