Training

Pet Fresh Dog Wash provides a comprehensive training program to help new franchisees successfully launch and operate their business. The training is structured into two main programs:

  1. Initial Training Program: Pet Fresh Dog Wash conducts an initial training program which includes guidance on staffing, operations, and business planning. The franchisor supplies standard floor plans, operational specifications, and access to their Brand Standards Manual to assist franchisees. This training ensures that franchisees understand both the operational and brand requirements before opening.
  2. Post-Opening Training and Support: After the business begins operation, franchisees receive ongoing support that includes assistance with employee training using the operational manual, troubleshooting business issues via phone or email, and optional in-person support (available at a daily fee). The franchisor also provides recommended procedures for administration, accounting, and inventory control, along with guidance on pricing and marketing strategy to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Territory Protection

Pet Fresh Dog Wash does not provide exclusive territory rights to its franchisees. When the franchise agreement is signed without a specific location, a general "search area" is listed only for site identification purposes, and it does not grant any territorial exclusivity.

The franchisor reserves the right to grant franchises to others within the same area during the site selection phase. Once a location is approved, the franchise is granted a territory defined as the lesser of a 2-mile radius or an area encompassing a population of 15,000.

However, this does not protect the franchisee from other Pet Fresh Dog Wash locations being established outside but near this boundary. Relocation of a business is not a guaranteed right and is considered only on a case-by-case basis.
