Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea is a globally recognized bubble tea franchise founded in 2016 in Taichung, Taiwan. Named after the founder’s grandmother, Yi Fang, the brand honors her legacy by crafting beverages rooted in traditional Taiwanese recipes. Today, Yi Fang operates over 1,500 outlets across Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania.
The franchise began its international expansion in June 2018 under Inkism International Co., LLC, which is headquartered in Cupertino, California.
Yi Fang specializes in handcrafted fruit teas made from fresh, seasonal fruits, premium tea leaves, and naturally-braised cane sugar. The brand proudly avoids using artificial syrups and powders. Signature offerings like the Yi Fang Fruit Tea capture the authentic flavors of Taiwan.
What sets Yi Fang apart is its commitment to authenticity and quality. The franchise emphasizes natural ingredients and traditional brewing techniques. This dedication has earned global appeal, with more than 100 million cups sold worldwide.

Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea delivers a robust training program to ensure franchisees are well-prepared to operate their outlets effectively. The franchisor structures its training into several key components:
Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea offers franchisees a protected territory that is clearly defined in the Franchise Agreement, typically based on population density and mapped out geographically or as a radius around the outlet. The size of this territory generally ranges from ¼ mile in urban areas to 1 mile in rural areas.
As long as the franchisee meets their material obligations under the agreement, no other Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea outlet will be granted or operated by the franchisor or its affiliates within that territory.
However, while the territory is protected, it is not exclusive. Franchisees may still face competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or alternative channels of distribution such as online sales operated directly by the franchisor.
