Twinkle Star Dance offers its franchisees territory protection through an Exclusive Territory model. Each franchisee is granted a defined geographic area, typically a portion of a city, a group of zip codes, or an area bounded by specific highways, based on population density and local demographics.
Within this territory, the franchisor agrees not to establish another Twinkle Star Dance franchise, provided the franchisee complies with their contractual obligations.
