The TREND Transformations franchise offers a detailed training structure to prepare franchisees and their teams for business operations. Here’s a breakdown of the training programs:

1. Initial Training Program: This mandatory program is designed for the franchisee’s Managing Owner and one designated manager. It spans about 10 days and includes classroom and hands-on instruction covering business setup, project management, site selection, customer service, inventory management, and system operations. The training is held at the franchise’s designated facility in Florida and must be completed no later than 45 days before opening.
2. Pre-Training Program: Before the main training, a pre-training module is provided to franchisees and their managers, covering orientation, system setup, and introductory project management. This is usually completed virtually, allowing for a self-paced experience to familiarize participants with the basics of the franchise system.
3. Ongoing and System-Wide Training: After launching the business, the franchisor may require participation in periodic system-wide training programs. These refresher and advanced courses focus on new operational standards, updated procedures, and best practices, ensuring franchisees stay aligned with evolving brand requirements.

Territory Protection

The TREND Transformations franchise grants each franchisee an Operating Territory defined at the time of signing, typically covering 100,000 to 300,000 single-family dwellings. While no other franchisee will be authorized within this area if you comply with the agreement, the territory is not fully exclusive.

The franchisor reserves the right to sell products and services through other channels, such as online or direct marketing, within your territory. Franchisees may also serve customers outside their territory with prior written approval but cannot directly solicit in areas assigned to other franchisees.
