Training

Pre-Opening Training Program: This essential program is mandatory for all franchisees and approved managers, covering a wide array of topics such as the company's introduction, history, core values, creation of the franchise vision plan, products, services, vendor relationships, advertising, marketing, sales, daily operations, product engineering, ordering, management, software use, financials, human resources, and refacing training.

It includes 70 hours of classroom instruction and 22 hours of hands-on training, all conducted at their headquarters in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Ongoing Support and Training: To ensure continuous improvement and skill development, Kitchen Solvers may require new installers hired during the franchise term to undergo a day of training. The franchisee bears the costs for the new installer’s salary, benefits, travel expenses, and a daily training fee.

Additionally, Kitchen Solvers organizes an annual convention that all franchisees must attend, with a possible attendance fee. Ongoing support and training sessions are provided as deemed necessary by the franchisor to keep franchisees updated with the latest practices.

Territory Protection

Kitchen Solvers grants franchisees the exclusive right to operate within a clearly defined territory. The boundaries of this territory are determined by county lines, highways, streets, or zip codes.

Typically, a standard territory includes up to 80,000 owner-occupied households. Franchisees have the option to expand their territory by acquiring additional contiguous zip codes, with a maximum limit of 110,000 owner-occupied households, subject to an Additional Population Fee.

For the duration of the Franchise Agreement, Kitchen Solvers commits not to establish another company-owned business or franchise within the designated territory. Additionally, they will not alter the territory boundaries without the franchisee’s written consent, as long as the franchisee adheres to the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement.
