Miracle Method Surface Refinishing offers a comprehensive and layered training program to prepare franchisees and their teams for success. Here’s a summary of the training programs:

1. On-the-Job Training
   Franchisees or their Managing Owner must complete five days of on-the-job training at a Miracle Method location, typically in Colorado Springs, to gain practical experience before attending the formal initial program.
2. Initial Training Program
   Franchisees, the Managing Owner, and at least three staff members (including the Designated Manager) must attend a 15-day program covering administrative, marketing, business management, and 80 hours of technical procedures.
3. Supplemental Training
   Franchisees must pay a supplemental training fee to cover future training needs, and credits are given when staff successfully complete this training within the first two years of operations.
4. Additional and Continuing Education
   Ongoing training, workshops, certification courses, and conventions are required throughout the franchise term, focusing on new products, services, operational updates, and continuing education.

Territory Protection

Miracle Method Surface Refinishing grants franchisees a defined territory based on geographic and population criteria, typically around 300,000 people, though this may vary in rural or metropolitan areas.

Franchisees can reserve up to two additional territories for up to 24 months under a Territory Option Agreement, provided they meet revenue and approval conditions. However, the franchisor retains broad rights, including the ability to serve national customers and operate through affiliates or other franchisees within the territory.

Franchisees are restricted from advertising or soliciting outside their assigned territory without the franchisor’s written consent. They may not provide services or sell products outside their territory unless authorized, and the franchisor has the right to revoke these permissions at any time.
