On-the-Job Training Franchisees or their Managing Owner must complete five days of on-the-job training at a Miracle Method location, typically in Colorado Springs, to gain practical experience before attending the formal initial program.
Initial Training Program Franchisees, the Managing Owner, and at least three staff members (including the Designated Manager) must attend a 15-day program covering administrative, marketing, business management, and 80 hours of technical procedures.
Supplemental Training Franchisees must pay a supplemental training fee to cover future training needs, and credits are given when staff successfully complete this training within the first two years of operations.
Additional and Continuing Education Ongoing training, workshops, certification courses, and conventions are required throughout the franchise term, focusing on new products, services, operational updates, and continuing education.
Territory Protection
