Training

Transblue provides a structured set of training programs to ensure franchisees are well-prepared to operate their businesses effectively. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the training provided by the franchisor:

  1. Initial Training Program: Before starting operations, Transblue requires franchisees to attend and successfully complete an initial training program. This covers the operation and management of a Transblue business. The program includes 15 working days of training at a designated location. The Managing Owner and up to four additional owners or employees may attend. All travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the franchisee.
  2. Additional Ongoing Required Training: Transblue may require the Managing Owner or other trained owners/employees to participate in additional training sessions during the term of the franchise. These sessions are scheduled and located at Transblue's discretion, and reasonable fees may be charged.
  3. Supplementary Training: If franchisees hire new employees after starting operations, supplementary training may be offered. Transblue may charge a fee for this service.
  4. Training Assistance for Other Franchisees: Franchisees may be requested to assist in training other Transblue franchisees as part of the broader support network.

Territory Protection

Transblue offers a form of territory protection to its franchisees but does not guarantee exclusive territorial rights. Each franchise is granted a specific territory within which no other Transblue business will be operated or licensed by the franchisor.

However, franchisees are advised that competition may still arise from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other distribution channels under the franchisor’s control. The typical territory assigned is based on a population of at least 100,000 people, but this does not equate to full exclusivity.

Transblue retains the right to engage in various business activities both inside and outside the designated territory, except for establishing another Transblue business within the territory itself.
