Pacific Lawn Sprinklers Franchise Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Pacific Lawn Sprinklers Franchise is a lawn care franchise offering irrigation, sprinkler installation, and landscape lighting services, with a focus on water efficiency and reliability.

Pacific Lawn Sprinklers was founded in 1980 by the Dellafiora brothers in Queens, New York. What started with one bright yellow truck has grown into a recognized name in the irrigation and outdoor services industry.

The company is now headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and began franchising in 2004.

The franchise specializes in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial lawn sprinkler systems. It also offers landscape lighting, holiday lighting, and drainage solutions. Pacific Lawn Sprinklers is known for delivering reliable, professional services that keep outdoor spaces looking their best year-round.

A key differentiator is the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. With a signature “On Time or On Us” guarantee and 24/7 emergency support, Pacific builds strong relationships with its clients.

Training

Pacific Lawn Sprinklers offers a structured and multifaceted training program to ensure franchisees and their personnel are fully prepared to operate their business. The training is divided into several key programs:

  1. Initial Training Program
Franchisees must complete up to four weeks of training covering operations, management, and marketing. This is offered to one designated individual per franchise, and while the training itself is included in the franchise fee, the franchisee must cover travel, lodging, and meal costs.
  2. Opening Support
One of Pacific Lawn’s regional service directors will be present for a two to three-day evaluation during the franchise's opening to ensure proper adherence to operational procedures.
  3. Additional Training
If new products, technologies, or policies are introduced, Pacific Lawn may require franchisees and their management to attend up to five days of additional training. This training is held at designated facilities and is subject to availability and applicable fees.

Territory Protection

Pacific Lawn Sprinklers does not offer exclusive territory protection to its franchisees. Instead, franchisees are assigned a “Service Area,” which is typically within a 25-mile radius based on ZIP codes and determined by factors like demand, municipal restrictions, and franchisee capability.

Although this area is defined, it is non-exclusive, and the franchisor retains the right to modify it at its discretion. Franchisees are generally limited to servicing up to 25 customers outside their Service Area annually unless they receive prior written approval from the franchisor.

Should a franchisee exceed this limit or violate non-solicitation terms, the franchisor may reduce the territory, revoke external service rights, or even terminate the agreement. Additionally, Pacific Lawn reserves the right to allow other franchisees or even company-owned units to operate in the same general regions if market demand justifies it.
