Pacific Lawn Sprinklers offers a structured and multifaceted training program to ensure franchisees and their personnel are fully prepared to operate their business. The training is divided into several key programs:
Pacific Lawn Sprinklers does not offer exclusive territory protection to its franchisees. Instead, franchisees are assigned a “Service Area,” which is typically within a 25-mile radius based on ZIP codes and determined by factors like demand, municipal restrictions, and franchisee capability.
Although this area is defined, it is non-exclusive, and the franchisor retains the right to modify it at its discretion. Franchisees are generally limited to servicing up to 25 customers outside their Service Area annually unless they receive prior written approval from the franchisor.
Should a franchisee exceed this limit or violate non-solicitation terms, the franchisor may reduce the territory, revoke external service rights, or even terminate the agreement. Additionally, Pacific Lawn reserves the right to allow other franchisees or even company-owned units to operate in the same general regions if market demand justifies it.
