Impresa Modular provides a structured and multi-phase training program to its franchisees. The training offered by the Franchisor includes the following components:
Initial Training Program: Before opening the franchise, the Managing Owner and one designated manager must complete an initial training program. This training may include classroom and on-the-job instruction and is conducted at a facility designated by the Franchisor. If more than two individuals attend, an additional fee of $500 per person is charged.
Refresher and System-Wide Training: The Franchisee and designated personnel must also attend refresher training, additional training programs, and system-wide seminars as required by the Franchisor. These sessions are designed to maintain high operational standards and are provided at the Franchisee's expense.
Ongoing Training: After the initial program, the Franchisee is responsible for the continued training of all staff. This ongoing training must meet the Franchisor’s standards and may be updated or modified over time.
Supplemental On-Site Training: If needed or requested, the Franchisor may provide additional on-site training at the franchisee’s Sales Office. This includes a $500 daily fee per trainer and reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs. This training can also be mandated if the franchise's operational standards are not being met.
Territory Protection
Impresa Modular does not grant exclusive territory rights. Franchisees receive a designated Operating Territory, but the Franchisor reserves the right to operate or authorize others within and outside this area under certain conditions.
While the Franchisor generally avoids placing another franchise within an existing Operating Territory, it retains broad rights to compete and authorize competition through other franchisees or channels. Therefore, territory protection is limited and not absolute.
