Initial Training Program Franchisees must complete the initial training within 45 days of their opening date. This program includes classroom and on-the-job instruction and can be conducted either in person—primarily in Detroit, Michigan—or remotely via online conferencing. The franchisor covers the cost for two participants, and any additional attendee incurs a $500 daily fee.
Supplemental Training Franchisees or their Operating Managers may be required to attend supplemental training if the franchisor deems their performance unsatisfactory or if operational standards are not being met. These sessions may be held remotely or within the franchisee’s territory and cost $500 per trainer per day, plus travel and accommodation expenses.
System-Wide Training The franchisor reserves the right to require franchisees or their Managing Owners to attend a system-wide training event annually, lasting up to five days. These sessions aim to reinforce brand standards and provide updates on procedures or offerings. Franchisees must bear all associated travel and participation costs.
Refresher and Additional Training From time to time, franchisees must also participate in refresher courses or additional training seminars. Territory Protection
