Training

1. Initial Training Program: This includes a pre-opening management training program for the franchisee and/or approved manager, lasting approximately 40 hours over a 5-day period. It covers topics such as industry trends, customer profiles, material types, subcontractors, suppliers, and sales training. Training is conducted in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, or another designated location, and must be completed to the franchisor's satisfaction.
2. Additional Personnel Training: If more than two individuals attend the initial training, additional participants will be billed at $500 per day. Franchisees are responsible for all related costs, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
