Training

1. Initial Training Program
   Within 60 days of signing the franchise agreement, the franchisee and up to two individuals are required to attend training at the company’s headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee or another designated location. The program covers operational procedures and is mandatory for opening the business.
2. On-Site Production Training
   The franchisor provides three days of on-site training, supervision, and assistance at the franchise location within 60 days of opening. This training focuses on actual service production to ensure correct implementation of the Crawl Space Ninja system.
3. Supplemental Training and Annual Conference
   Franchisees must attend up to five days of additional training and a three-day annual conference each year. These sessions are required and may include tuition and attendance fees, along with travel and lodging expenses.
4. Remedial Training

Territory Protection
