Snapology is a dynamic franchise dedicated to enriching children’s education through imaginative play and interactive learning. With a focus on science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM), Snapology offers hands-on programs that nurture creativity and critical thinking.
The brand was established in 2010 by sisters Lisa and Laura Coe in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has since expanded its presence nationally. Today, the company operates out of its headquarters in Bedford, Texas.
Snapology entered the franchising space in 2015, enabling passionate individuals to launch local ventures centered around educational impact. Its diverse offerings include classes, camps, workshops, and birthday parties that use LEGO® bricks, K’Nex®, and cutting-edge tech tools to engage children in meaningful exploration and discovery.

Snapology provides a structured and comprehensive training program for its franchisees to ensure successful operation of their business. The training includes several distinct components, each designed to address different aspects of managing a Snapology franchise:
Initial Training Program: Conducted at Snapology’s headquarters or a designated location, this training must be completed by the Designated Manager and other key personnel before the business can open. It covers the operations, curriculum, and service delivery standards.
Safety and Compliance Training: All management personnel must complete safety training required by state or local laws and maintain their certifications throughout the franchise term. Snapology may also provide these programs directly and charge applicable fees.
Ongoing and Supplemental Training: Snapology offers continuous support and may require franchisees to attend additional training sessions if needed. This includes mandatory conferences and other professional development events focused on operational efficiency, performance standards, and new system developments.
Territory Protection
Snapology offers a form of territory protection through what it terms a "Protected Area." This Protected Area is formally defined upon approval of the franchise's operating location and is documented in the franchise agreement.
As long as the franchisee remains in compliance with the agreement, Snapology commits not to open another franchise or operate a company-owned location within this Protected Area.
However, Snapology retains several rights that can affect the exclusivity of the territory. The franchisor may operate or grant the rights to operate businesses under different trademarks—even if similar in nature—both inside and outside the franchisee’s Protected Area.
