Initial Training Program: Franchisees and designated managers must attend and complete a structured initial training program, which can be conducted virtually or at Skyhawks’ headquarters. The program includes modules such as marketing, sales, operations, staff recruiting, financial analysis, and instructor training.
Territory Training Support: For first-time franchisees, Skyhawks provides up to two days of in-person or virtual support within the franchisee’s territory to assist with marketing and staff training. This is in addition to the formal initial training.
Ongoing Training: Franchisees and key staff are required to participate in periodic refresher and advanced training programs. These may be conducted annually and are mandatory to maintain compliance.

Territory Protection
