Training

Signs By Tomorrow delivers a detailed training program to prepare franchisees and their teams for effective business operations. The training is segmented across several stages and learning formats.

  1. Initial Training Program: The franchisee or Managing Owner must complete a training program lasting up to three weeks. A portion is conducted in person at Alliance University in Maryland, and another part is offered virtually. This training covers all operational aspects and is mandatory before launching the Center.
  2. Employee Training: Employees may attend designated parts of the training after signing confidentiality agreements. The franchisor may charge fees for this employee-focused training, and it can occur at scheduled times or upon special request.
  3. Opening Assistance: Up to ten days of opening support is provided, either on-site, virtually, or both, before and shortly after the business opens. This ensures operational readiness and alignment with brand standards.

Territory Protection

Signs By Tomorrow grants its franchisees a "Protected Territory," typically defined by a business count ranging from 4,000 to 5,000. However, this protection is limited and not exclusive. Franchisees may still face competition from other franchisees, company-owned centers, or alternative distribution channels, even within their designated territory.

Moreover, Signs By Tomorrow and its affiliated brands reserve broad rights to operate, market, and sell services in any area, including the Protected Territory. These rights extend to online sales, national and regional accounts, and various marketing channels. The franchisor may also reduce the size of the Protected Territory if business density increases significantly.
