Reef Health provides franchisees with a structured training program focused on equipping them for effective virtual franchise operation. The training includes both foundational instruction and ongoing support across business, marketing, operations, and technology. Here are the numbered programs:
Initial Training Program: Conducted virtually for Principal Operators and any required personnel, this 8-hour program covers topics such as working with brokers, marketing strategies, operations, and technology. The franchisor provides this training at no cost for up to two individuals, and it must be completed at least one month prior to launch.
Management Training: Any manager employed at the time of launch must complete the franchisor’s initial management training. Future managers must also be trained either by the franchisee or the franchisor, with potential fees applicable.
