Training

Red Barn Homebuyers, LLC provides a structured training program for its franchisees, divided into the following key components:

  1. 30-day Real Estate Investing Operational Training Program
This intensive pre-opening training educates franchisees on all essential aspects of the business model. It equips them to run a real estate investing business using the Red Barn system.
  2. 90-day Real Estate Investing Sales Training Program
Conducted after the franchise agreement is signed, this program focuses specifically on sales, especially in acquiring off-market properties from motivated seller leads.
  3. Marketing Strategy Development Meetings
These pre-opening sessions help franchisees create a real estate lead acquisition strategy tailored to their territory and business goals.

Territory Protection

Red Barn Homebuyers provides territory protection to its franchisees, but with specific performance conditions. Franchisees receive exclusive access to leads generated in their assigned territory through the RB Lead Generation Program, with each franchisee’s marketing budget tracked separately.

However, this territorial exclusivity may be revoked if a franchisee discontinues participation in the Lead Generation Program and fails to close at least one deal in any 12-month period.

The system ensures that the leads generated by a franchisee’s marketing expenditure are exclusively routed to them, thereby enforcing localized operational rights. While franchisees are not required to use the RB Lead Generation Program beyond the third month, choosing to opt out means taking full responsibility for sourcing deals and marketing.
