Red Barn Homebuyers is a real estate investment franchise founded by Ken and Anita Corsini. The couple began flipping homes in 2005 and gained national recognition through HGTV shows like Flip or Flop Atlanta, Rock the Block, and Flipping Showdown.
Red Barn Homebuyers, LLC was officially formed in Georgia in August 2021 and began franchising in April 2022. The company is headquartered in Woodstock, Georgia.
This franchise offers a turnkey business model for buying, renovating, and selling single-family homes. Franchisees receive access to proven systems, including exclusive marketing campaigns, a proprietary CRM, ongoing mentorship, and a curated network of vendors.
Here's what you would need to invest if you were to start this franchise. These costs are provided by the franchisor in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
Red Barn Homebuyers, LLC provides a structured training program for its franchisees, divided into the following key components:
Red Barn Homebuyers provides territory protection to its franchisees, but with specific performance conditions. Franchisees receive exclusive access to leads generated in their assigned territory through the RB Lead Generation Program, with each franchisee’s marketing budget tracked separately.
However, this territorial exclusivity may be revoked if a franchisee discontinues participation in the Lead Generation Program and fails to close at least one deal in any 12-month period.
The system ensures that the leads generated by a franchisee’s marketing expenditure are exclusively routed to them, thereby enforcing localized operational rights. While franchisees are not required to use the RB Lead Generation Program beyond the third month, choosing to opt out means taking full responsibility for sourcing deals and marketing.
