Assist-2-Sell® provides a focused training program to prepare franchisees and their management team for operating their offices effectively. The training must be completed before the franchise opens, and refresher training may be required upon renewal of the franchise agreement. Below are the key training components:

  1. Initial Training Course
    Franchisees, including all principal owners and any broker-manager, must attend a training course that typically lasts up to four days. This course is conducted at the Franchisor’s headquarters in Reno, Nevada, or via online web conference, depending on scheduling and participant needs.
  2. Training Materials
    The training utilizes the Assist-2-Sell training manual and computer reference manuals. The number of hours spent on each topic may vary depending on participants’ prior experience and learning pace.
  3. Mandatory Participation
    Completion of the training is required to the Franchisor’s satisfaction prior to opening. The Franchisor may grant extensions, but failure to complete the course may result in franchise termination.

Territory Protection

Assist-2-Sell® provides franchisees with a limited territory protection referred to as a “Protected Area.” This area is defined as a one-mile radius around the approved office location, within which the Franchisor agrees not to open another Assist-2-Sell® office.

However, this does not grant the franchisee an exclusive territory, and the Franchisor retains several operational rights within and beyond this Protected Area.

Within your Protected Area, the Franchisor may still operate or allow non-real estate businesses under the same or different trademarks, as well as real estate businesses not affiliated with Assist-2-Sell®.
