Ram Jack provides extensive training to its franchisees to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational success. This training covers both technical and business aspects, including the use of patented hydraulic steel piering systems and marketing strategies.

1. Installation Training: Franchisees receive comprehensive instruction on the proper installation of Ram Jack’s patented products. This training is mandatory for both protected and unprotected territory dealers and is essential before beginning operations.
2. Operational and Marketing Support: The training package includes basic marketing resources and access to online manuals, instructional handouts, and company materials. These tools support franchisees in efficiently launching and managing their dealerships.
3. Customized Training Fee: The cost for training ranges from $3,000 to $10,000, based on the franchisee’s experience and prior training background. This ensures that the training program is tailored to individual needs while maintaining quality standards.
4. Tool and Equipment Assessment: Ram Jack assesses each franchisee’s existing inventory of tools and equipment to identify additional needs. Franchisees can purchase required tools from Ram Jack or third-party vendors offering compatible products.

Territory Protection

Ram Jack offers both protected and unprotected territory options to its franchisees, depending on the type of dealership agreement they choose. Franchisees who opt for a protected territory are granted exclusivity, ensuring no other Ram Jack dealer will be located within that designated area.

This exclusive setup supports stable market presence and limits internal competition. In contrast, franchisees selecting the streamlined unprotected territory model do not receive territorial exclusivity. Other Ram Jack dealers may be placed within the same geographic area, although this model offers reduced investment and fewer operational requirements.

Despite the lack of protection, unprotected territory dealers still benefit from full access to Ram Jack’s products, systems, and training.
