  1. Initial Training: This mandatory program includes approximately 72 hours of instruction, divided into four days at the franchisor’s training facility in Jefferson County, Alabama, and five days at the franchisee’s location. It covers essential topics such as customer experience, brand history, business management, pricing, scheduling, and daily operational procedures. Completion of this training is required for the Branch Manager to receive a Training Certificate.
  2. Refresher Training: Periodic refresher courses are offered, particularly when there are changes in key personnel, such as the replacement of a Branch Manager or Operating Partner. These sessions are provided at the franchisee's expense, which includes a daily fee and travel costs.
  3. General Operational Guidance: The franchisor offers ongoing support through newsletters, webinars, coaching, and teleconferences. Assistance may include help with marketing and sales strategies, service pricing, and updates on new methods or services. Additional on-site consultations are available for an extra fee.

Territory Protection

Pink Zebra Moving offers franchisees a Protected Territory as part of its franchise agreement. This territory typically includes a population base ranging from 300,000 to 600,000 people, determined using third-party demographic data and geographic boundaries.

The franchisor commits not to allow another Pink Zebra Moving franchise to operate within this territory, thereby limiting direct competition from within the franchise system. However, the franchisee does not receive an exclusive territory.

Pink Zebra Moving retains the right to sell its services and grant franchises in areas outside the designated Protected Territory, including immediately adjacent areas. Franchisees are also prohibited from soliciting or servicing customers outside their Protected Territory without prior written consent from the franchisor, and doing so could result in termination of the agreement.
