Training

PackageHub Business Centers provides several structured training options for franchisees to ensure that their Designated Managers meet essential operational competencies. The franchisor mandates that each manager demonstrates expertise in key service areas before starting operations under the PACKAGE HUB service mark. The required training and certification programs are as follows:

  1. Private Mailbox Management (CMRA)
This program ensures managers are proficient in managing commercial mail receiving agencies in compliance with USPS standards.
  2. Professional Packing
Training focused on secure, professional-grade packing techniques tailored to various types of shipments.
  3. Domestic Shipping
Covers knowledge of shipping options, regulations, and best practices within the United States.
  4. International Shipping
Prepares managers to handle shipments globally, including understanding international shipping requirements and customs procedures.
  5. Customer Service
Equips franchise managers with customer service skills necessary to maintain high satisfaction and efficient handling of client needs.

Territory Protection

PackageHub Business Centers grants franchisees the right to operate under its brand at a specific store location, as outlined in the PBC Membership Agreement. However, this grant does not include exclusive territory protection, meaning the franchisor reserves the right to establish other PackageHub Business Centers or allow other distribution channels in close proximity.

Franchisees should therefore understand that geographic exclusivity is not guaranteed under this arrangement. Additionally, the franchise agreement and related documents do not specify any obligations on the franchisor's part to limit competition within a designated area.

Franchisees are expected to operate in accordance with brand standards and use the provided materials, but they must do so without assurance that no other PackageHub outlets will emerge nearby.
