Initial Training Program Franchisees receive an initial training program for up to three individuals. This training takes place at the franchisor’s headquarters, in-store, and may include online modules. Additional Staff Training If the franchisee chooses to train more than three staff members or needs to train new or replacement employees later, they must pay an additional fee per person. This ensures all employees meet operational standards.
Opening Assistance Around the restaurant’s opening, up to two representatives from Paisano’s provide on-site support for five days.
