Neat Method provides a structured and comprehensive training program for its franchisees designed to prepare them for successfully operating their business. The training includes several distinct components, each focusing on different aspects of business management and service delivery.

  1. Initial Training Program
This is a three-day mandatory training session that franchisees or their representatives must attend and successfully complete. It includes classroom instruction and covers topics essential to operating the franchise, such as business procedures and client interaction.
  2. Six-Week Extended Training
This training includes a mix of virtual sessions, in-person instruction, and hands-on experiences. The curriculum spans multiple areas including the NEAT Method approach (14 hours virtual), marketing and business management (8 hours virtual), product knowledge (6 hours split between virtual and Chicago), and client home visits (8 hours on-site).

However, the franchisor retains the right to sell services online or through other channels within any territory. Some cities, like Chicago and New York, have no territorial protections. Franchisees must also meet minimum monthly royalties to maintain their exclusive rights.
