1. Franchise Owner Training Program: The Principal Executive must complete the initial training program, which is conducted at the franchisor’s headquarters or a designated business location. This program includes classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and practice, covering all aspects of operating a Surface Experts franchise.
2. Lead Technician Training Program: A designated Lead Technician is required to attend and complete a specialized training program. This ensures the technician gains the necessary technical skills and meets the franchisor’s standards before the business can open.
3. Sales and Business Development Training: Each franchisee must employ a sales and business development person who completes a dedicated training program. This program focuses on building sales expertise and business development strategies essential for growing the franchise.

Territory Protection

The Surface Experts franchise provides its franchisees with a protected territory, which is clearly defined in the franchise agreement. Within this territory, the franchisor agrees not to establish or license another business selling the same or similar services under the Surface Experts brand.
