Mr. Rooter Franchise offers comprehensive training programs to support its franchise owners:

1. Sure Start Training Program: This initial program includes 6 to 8 weeks of systems and business training, combining self-paced and collaborative online learning, followed by one week of classroom-style business training.
2. Franchise Business Coach (FBC) Support: After the initial training, franchise owners are paired with a knowledgeable FBC who provides ongoing support, answers questions, and ensures accountability as the business grows.
3. Ongoing Learning Opportunities: Mr. Rooter offers numerous annual training opportunities, including system-wide and regional meetings, all-day training events, weekly webinars, and more, allowing franchise owners to shadow successful owners and learn from their systems and procedures.

Territory Protection

Mr. Rooter Franchise provides its franchisees with a designated territory that offers limited territorial protection. This means that, as long as franchisees comply fully with their Franchise Agreement, the franchisor will not operate or grant another Mr. Rooter franchise within that specified area during the agreement's term.

The designated territory typically encompasses a population ranging from 100,000 to 300,000, with adjustments possible based on factors like population density or economic conditions.

It's important to note that this arrangement does not grant exclusive territorial rights beyond the designated area. Franchisees maintain rights to their territory even if the population increases over time.
