Territory Protection

MiniLuxe grants its franchisees a defined studio location but does not provide traditional exclusive territory protection. Franchisees are required to get approval from the franchisor for their chosen site, which must meet specific criteria such as visibility, accessibility, parking availability, and proximity to competitors.

Once a site is approved, it becomes the designated location for the Studio, and relocation is not allowed without written consent.
